Now you are trained and making Big Ear earplugs. Whether your business is new or you are one of our original providers from the beginning of Big Ear, something will happen.

You see and understand your costs and will try and get them lower, or try and buy products from other sources and not from us. It is human nature.

Let me restate that this is normal and everyone has a little larceny in their heart, we are human.

DON’T DO IT!

We are all in this together and you are actually stealing from each other. We have priced each of our supplies based on many factors and what we are charging for supplies factors into many things other than just what does a tube of material, otoblocks, cups, or lanyards cost.

The cost for refill kits is priced to include the 3-year warranty anywhere we have a provider, the actual materials, insurances that are provided, web support, your graphic artist to help with your advertising and about 13 support people to help and continue to support your Big Ear business.

We try and vet and make sure that we do not bring on any thieves as providers as this will hurt all of us. We shop many events to see what is on our provider’s tables and our best gauge is our loyal customers. They are always texting or emailing me to let me know that they saw us at a show.

If you are new or original you know of a few people that have hurt us directly by going around us or trying to hurt Big Ear. We do not want to watch our backs or police this either. I personally have tried to do the best job including a background check and vet all of our providers in order to minimize all these types of issues.

Big Ear is meant to complement your business and add additional income or opportunity to your life. All of our products are of the highest standards that I can find and if we have a provider not providing our products using our materials then they are stealing from all of us and we have remedies for this as outlined in the provider manual and agreement.
