Ready For Your First Event?

So now your trained, and have completed many sets of earplugs, now what?

You have read and understood how our provider event’s show’s work is you will be the only Big Ear Provider and you can claim and do them.

This includes open houses, industrial locations, dealerships, gun clubs etc.

So here is a form that will serve two functions.

1. When you want to do an event, fill out this form and submit it and check the Availablity.
2. Schedule or reschedule an event and have the emails sent out to all our previous customers letting you know that you will be there and how to contact you.
3. If your doing a event that will will require a vendor fee and will need the insurance policy, you will need to send the contract to kimhood@bigearinc.com to complete the insurance portion of the contract.
